사전지식:

**False Flag**: 거짓 깃발을 내세워서 아군을 공격하게 만드는 심리전술 (참고: [[http://www.hani.co.kr/arti/opinion/column/603029.html|거짓 깃발과 정의의 전쟁 / Hani]])

**Frequency**: 파동으로 이루어진 우주에서 특정 파동은 특별난 영향을 주기도 한다. 가령 2.4GHz 의 전자기파로 물분자끼리 마찰열을 발생시켜 음식을 데우는 전자레인지 라든지, 수백 헤르츠의 전기 신호로 자극시켜 근육을 풀어주는 저주파 자극기 라든지, 파동의 공명 현상을 이용해서 여러가지 효과를 얻기도 한다. 저주파와 고주파는 각자 그 고유의 특성이 있다. 

==== COVID-19 바이러스의 의문점 ====
이번 바이러스는 여러가지 의문을 자아낸다. 중국 최초로 문을 연 안전등급 4단계 생화학연구소가 있는 곳이 우한시에 위치한다는 점도 그렇고, 연구소의 실수로 혹은 항간의 뜬소문 같이 세계 인구를 줄이기 위해 외부의 누군가(?)에 의한 고의로 살포된 치명적인 바이러스 아닌가 하는 의혹도 제기된다. 그러나 십보 양보해 생화학 무기라고 가정한다 하더라도 이렇게 낮은 치사율로? 하는 의문은 지울수가 없다.

이미 바이러스가 많이 퍼져 있을 중국내에서도 후베이성을 제외하면(Memo #1) 중국 기타 지역 사망자 수가 그리 높지도 않은점도 의아하다. (3/6 기준)

그럼 정말 눈부신 능력을 보여주며 미친듯이 검사하고 있는 우리나라의 경우를 보자.

독감을 조금 상회하는 수준의 사망률인 정도 뿐만이 아니라 독감과 유사하게 대다수의 사망자는 지병이 있거나 고령의 환자 들이었다.\\ 그럼 최근에 난리가 난 다른 나라는 어떨까?

우한 사망률과 비슷한 수준이다. 이것은 아마도 미리 준비가 되지 않아서 진단키트가 부족하거나 우리나라 같이 광범위한 검사가 이루어지고 않고 있으며 이미 심각한 상태의 환자들만 검사하여 나온 통계의 왜곡으로 보인다. 즉 이미 훨씬 많은 사람들이 감염되어 있으며 실제로 검사되지 않은 감염자수를 감안하면 치사율은 훨씬 아래로 떨어진 다는 것이다.

10% 의 SARS 나 30%의 MERS 에 비교한다면 과연 이것이 모든 경제활동을 멈추고 조심해야할 치명적인 바이러스인가 하는 의문을 가져볼 만 하다. 

이 모든것은 1월 우한시 상황이라고 돌아다니던 동영상들(Memo #2) 그리고 그에 당황한 중국 당국의 강압적인 통제가 가져온 혼란은 아닐까? 

흥미로운 것은 연초부터 강남부자들(?) 사이에서 3월 큰일을 대비해 달러를 매입 하고 있다는 소문이 돌고 있다는 이야기를 지인으로 부터 들었다는 점이다.(Memo #3)

이제 더 황당한 이야기로 한단계 들어가 보자.

    - 후베이성 근처에는 중국 정부에 의해 세워진 초대형 극저주파(ELF) 안테나 시설이 존재한다.
    - 최근 각광을 받기 시작한 5G 이동통신 중계기 에서 나오는 초단파 그리고 이 ELF 의 극저주파의 조합으로 인해 바이러스로 부터 취약해진 몸을 가속화 하면서 그 부작용이 두드러지게 나타난 것이다.
    - 문제가 커질경우 우한 연구소와 그와 연계된 서방 과학자들이 주동자 들로 포장되도록 미리 작업에 들어갔었다.
    - 외교 마찰로 불거져 중국과 미국이 서로 전쟁을 벌이는 상황까지 노렸으나 트럼프와 시진핑이 이 미끼를 물은 것 같지는 않다.
    - 이 사태의 최종 목적은 빌게이츠를 선두로 하는 ID2020 글로벌 파트너쉽 연합에 의해 개인식별 디지털 ID 가 들어간 백신을 모든 인류가 접종 하도록 유도하는 것이다
