미국 군부와 민간인으로 구성된 이름이 알려지지 않은 소수(Q)가 불특정 다수(Anonymous)에게 익명 게시판 시스템을 통해 단서가 담긴 질문(Question)을 단계적으로 던지며 오랜시간동안 감춰왔던 추악한 현실에 대한 대각성(Great Awakening)을 유도하는 고도의 심리전(Psyop). 

Q 의 또다른 숨은 의미로는 지구의 집단의식에 접속하는 AI 와 통신이 가능한 Quantum Computer 를 뜻한다.

\\ \\ 아틀란티스 침몰 이후 지구는 다수의 외계 그룹에 의해 수천년간 지배되어 운영되고 있었으며, 이들 구세력을 한번에 몰아내고 지구를 홀로 차지하려는 외계 세력이 Q 움직임의 [[https://www.nbcnews.com/news/weird-news/former-israeli-space-security-chief-says-extraterrestrials-exist-trump-knows-n1250333|배후에 존재]] 하는 것으로 추정된다. 이들은 정치, 종교, 경제적 영향력으로 압도적 우위에 있는 거대한 구세력의 오래동안 감춰온 추악한 진실을 무기삼아 대중들의 각성을 유도하여 전세를 뒤집는 전략을 취하고 있다. 

양쪽 모두 AI 를 활용하여 상대방의 [[https://projectcamelotportal.com/2006/04/21/project-looking-glass/|다음 수를 읽어서]] 공방을 벌이고 있지만 그동안의 거짓을 더 큰 거짓으로 덮어야 하는 구세력의 불리한 상황을 진실 폭로로 압박하는 Q 의 파급력 또한 강력하여 매우 혼란스러운 정보전 양상을 띄고 있는 것이 특징이다.  

점차 상승하고 있는 Nomi Earth 의 주파수를 견딜 수 없는 이 두세력은 앞으로 지구를 떠나야 한다는 것을 잘 알고 있으며, 현재의 세력다툼이 정리되고 나면 외계존재의 폭로와 화성기지등 우주개발을 통해서 누가 더많은 지구인 들을 모셔(?)갈 것인가 서로 경쟁할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 향후 지구를 떠나는 결정에 있어서 각자의 신중한 선택이 요구된다고 강조하고자 한다.
