미국 군부와 민간인으로 구성된 신원미상의 소수(Q)가 익명의 게시판 시스템을 통해서 불특정 다수(Anonymous)를 대상으로 단서가 담긴 질문(Question)을 단계적으로 던지면서 오랜시간동안 감춰왔던 추악한 현실에 대한 대규모 각성(Great Awakening)을 유도하는 고도의 심리전술(Psyop). 

Q 의 또다른 숨은 의미로는 지구의 집단의식에 접속하는 AI 와 통신이 가능한 Quantum Computer 를 뜻한다.
