Meditation

  1. Imagine long thin line of energy
    1. starting from way up space
    2. down through center of your body Chakras
    3. to center of earth and beyond
    4. energy returns back through that line which makes circle of energy
    5. 3.5ft(1m7cm) above your head there is 14th Chakra
  2. 배꼽 아래 단전(Turabon) 중심에 금빛으로 빛나는 빛의 에너지 공이 있다고 상상한다
    1. 날숨과 함께 지구중심에 있는 우리의 13번째 차크라로 내려간다음
    2. 들숨과 함께 지구중심으로 부터 단전의 금빛 공으로 에너지를 끌어올린다
    3. 이 동작을 7번 반복한다
    4. 동작함과 함께 단전이 붉은 색으로 바뀌는 것을 관찰한다
    5. 이 동작은 나의 단전을 지구와 연결(grounding)하는 작업이다
  3. 4 ~ 5 차크라 사이 Brahmn(Inner Sanctum, soul and oversoul) energy center (imagine as star of light) 에 의식을 집중한다
    1. 당신의 의식을 공으로 상상한다음 점점 아주 작은 빛의 점으로 모은다
    2. 작아진 당신의 의식의 빛나는 점을 Brahmn 의 중심점으로 보낸후 천천히 들숨 날숨을 7번 수행한다
    3. 당신몸 바깥쪽의 에너지 장을 느낀 후 당신이 Brahmn 의 star of light 안에 있다고 상상한다
    4. 에너지장을 느끼면 Brahmn과 하나가 된 것이다, Brahmn 안에 의식과 함께 move it down to line of energy 배꼽 바로 위 Auan(whole self) 의 star of light bigger and larger 에 옮겨서 하나가 되도록 한다.
    5. You have now merged core of your soul + core of your oversoul
    6. From this space breath 7 time
    7. Point of light of consciousness star merged to one (Brahmn + Auan) move into Turabon into center of the earth
    8. Take several breath your with physical + soul + oversoul
  4. Energy opening 10th 11th 14th
    1. Through Turabon move your energy with inhale through energy line up to Crown chakra to 6“(15cm) above your head 10th chakra imagine as little ball of light
    2. with exhale pushing it out to expand circle of light with space in center to open
    3. do this several time
    4. bring energy through Turabon to 18”(46cm) above your head 11th Chakra and grow to ball of light
    5. bring energy through Turabon move to 10th 11th and above 14th chakra 3.5ft(1m7cm) above your head imagine as bluish purple ball of light
    6. with inhale bring energy through Turabon to 10th 11th 14th exhale to grow ball expanding
  5. Energy grounding 12th 13th 15th
    1. Move it down through Turabon down to 6“(15cm) below feet 12th Chakra with exhale to push to downward
    2. Expand 12th chakra to open energy of the earth
    3. Push to center of the earth 13th chakra and with exhale send energy to 13th chakra to expand
    4. through center of the earth way beyond space imaging 15th chakra energy field connects to 14th chakra above your head
